Different basemap gallery in web app builder web app when signed in or not

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find a solution or explanation for a problem I'm experiencing. I have created a public web app through web app builder, starting from a web map in AGOL. When I open the web app when I'm signed in with my ArcGIS online credentials, the basemap gallery shows different basemaps compared with when I'm not signed in. When I'm signed in, I see the basemaps I picked through the widget editor. When I'm not signed in I see many more basemaps, which I'm not interested in. I just want a Openstreetmap en BingMapsHybrid to show in the gallery, not matter if I'm signed in or not.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it a bug?

Based on the doc you should be able to define the basemaps to appear when configuring the Web App Builder: https://developers.arcgis.com/web-appbuilder/guide/widget-basemap.htm

I suspect that it currently looks at your organizations basemap gallery when you are signed in. The ArcGIS Web AppBuilder group might have more suggestions. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-web-appbuilder-questions/bd-p/arcgis-web-appbuilder-questions
