Is it possible to use a web layer that is shared with my organization in a public webmap?

My organization has a weblayer that is on ESRI marketplace that we would like to showcase on a webmap. The layer is only shared with the organization so when I put it in the webmap only my organization can see it. Is there anyway for other people to view it but not have access to it? Thanks!

Hey @AlecBiles ,

If I got this write then why don't you create a webmap (non editable) using the hosted feature layer (which as per your need can be editable as per requirements). For webmap layer select privacy everyone and for hosted feature layer make it only organization.
