ArcPro Living Atlas Spending Data Subcategories

In ArcPro, I can add the feature layer "2019 Esri Spending Behaviors" from the living atlas and within it find an attribute such as

2019 Entertainment/Recreation

 

However, looking around Business Analyst variables, I see many other possible subcategories within the 2019 Entertainment/Recreation

i.e. 2019 Live Entertainment for Catered Affairs, 2019 Entertainment/Recreation-Fees & Admissions

is it not possible to access all the data available in BA with ArcPro living atlas? Only possible in BA?

In reviewing the Living Atlas Layers and the Business Analyst layers, I would agree that it's a Business Analyst licensing issue.  BA gives the user more variables to work with than the Living Atlas it seems.
