OK - has anyone else, anywhere in the world, installed ArcGIS 10.x on the virtualized environment from Vmware now called App Volumes - previously Cloud Volumes??
We are trying to do so. Everything seems to run ok EXCEPT for background geoprocessing, which takes over an hour for a simple buffer, but after this, if the same tool is run a second time, it takes seconds. As long as the session isn't closed.
There seems very little online about anyone trying to do this. So are we the first?
