Sign-in through PowerPoint inactive, even though sign-In through Excel works

Hello,

After installing ArcGIS Maps for Office, I am able to sign-in through Excel no problem, but the option to sign in with PowerPoint is grey-out.

Anyone else have this issue?

Are you unable to access Maps for Office in PowerPoint? If so, can you confirm the current version number you have installed, please.

Thanks for your reply. I checked the COM Add-ins and ArcGIS Maps for Office is checked.

Thank you for your inquiry. Can you confirm the add-in is checked on in PowerPoint (go to File > Options > Add-ins > select the drop-down menu for 'Manage'  > select COM Add-ins > Go > check 'on' ArcGIS Maps for Office) You may reference our online documentation here also.
