ArcGIS Web Applications are not visible from ipad...all other web maps are functional, but not applications. Does anyone have advice or I am just missing something obvious?

I have created web applications using the web app builder on ArcGIS online. All of my online maps are usable and visible from desktops or if i launch them using the QR code scanner. However, I am am not able to see the applications from my ipad even though the application should be visible since its in the gallery and shared. Any advice?

Hello Yue,

Thank you for your question and response; apparently you have probably found the issue. It seems that the tablets I am working on require an iOS update. I am installing the fix now so I am hoping that will remedy the issue. I will keep you posted.

Hi Jarrett,

Would you provide us a little bit more information about your iPad specification? For example, what version of iPad and the version of iOS.

Also, which browser are you using to load the application in iPad, is it safari or other browser?

Have you tried to use other device to test for exmaple iPhone, or other mobile device?
