Every basemap I try to use seems to be restringred to my time zone, as I can only see Europe and Africa. How can I use a full global basemap to work on other continents?
Hi Joaquin,
You should be able to zoom out to view any extent, when using the Esri default basemaps. If you are having problems seeing a world extent when opening a new map, check your region setting in your profile. If you are a member of an organization, the administrator may have set this setting.
