Connect PostgreSQL from ArcGIS Desktop with SSL=true

Question

Our PostgreSQL database has SSL enabled.  There is not an option to set SSL=true from ArcGIS Desktop create database connection.  We would like to know if it is possible to create a connection from ArcGIS to Postgres with SSL=true.  We are using ArcGIS 10.2.2 to create the connection.

We have been successful connecting using pgAdmin, but it has an option to set SSL.

Following up on this thread, I had to test this for another reason and was able to connect from ArcGIS Pro to a PostgreSQL 12.4 database that was requiring SSL connections. I did not provide any details in the connection interface to handle the SSL, it was handled automatically in my testing.
