How To: Create Fractions as Labels Using Arcade in ArcGIS Pro
Is it possible to get the same fraction label result as showed in the above link?

Currently our rendering of labels does not support formatting tags but it is something we are looking into.
Nejlepší řešení, které mě napadá, je vytvořit dvě různé štítky. Jeden štítek pro čitatele a jeden pro jmenovatele. Poté byste pro označení jednoduše vytvořili spojený text takto:
Concatenate([9,'_____',16],'\/n') \/\/9 je čitatel a 16 je jmenovatel
