Fields list in webmap popup not showing in web app popup

Question

My supervisor set up a popup for a parcel layer with different field lists grouping attributes by mailing address, property description etc (see grouped_fields.png).

We don't see it grouped like this in Web Appbuilder though (see wab_popup.png)

Is this a known limitation of Web Appbuilder? We're using 2.19 Web Appbuilder developer edition.

Yes, I believe it is.  It is the combination of text and a field list (that was a new feature of new map viewer), that doesn't translate across to Web App builder.  You can configure the list of fields to show what you need (without additional text), or build the text display to show what you want, but you can't use a combination of both.
