Je klasifikována jako obsah pro předplatitele, což znamená, že pro její zobrazení je potřeba mít pojmenovaný uživatelský účet. Nicméně popis uvádí, že k ní lze přistupovat následujícím způsobem: "Zaregistrujte aplikaci<\/A><\/SPAN> a použijte přihlašovací údaje vaší aplikace<\/SPAN>". Skvělé - ale nejsem si jistý, jestli to umožní sdílení pouze v rámci mé organizace, nebo jestli to umožní sdílení s kýmkoli? It depends on the services accessed. This link explains what the app login authenticates for. Since the Esri World Traffic Service is an Esri-hosted subscriber service, this should be accessible to the general public.
