As the title says, I can't upload or download any files (through the Portal interface). Every attempt results in the error below, which isn't very helpful. No changes have been made to the server, it just started happening. What could be the cause?
Have you tried the old 'unplug and plug back in' technique?
No, but curiously now it's giving me a different error message:

I rolled the whole thing back a few days, now upload works, but I can't export to certain formats, namely GDB and GeoJSON. The mystery deepens, and so do the error messages. Error error, failed, failed.
