Open ArcGIS.com maps in App on mobile devices

Similar to many other apps that automatically recognize that a certain URL can be opened in a specific App, rather than the web browser. For example, if you open a forum that support Tapatalk app, you get a prompt asking if you want to open the URL in a browser or Tapatalk.
This behaviour should be possible for arcgis web maps, if ArcGIS app is installed, prompt the user to open the map in that app.
