Option to download attachemnts when synchronizing in Collector

This is already a feature in ArcGIS for Windows Mobile.

When taking data offline, it would be nice to have the option to disable attachemnts download. Seeing as there is no way to resize photo capture settings (resolution) at the point of capture on Collector, everything is captured using the maximum resolution. Therefore when synchronizing, the user must download ALL of this data in their given AOI.

Support for defining the photo upload size is now available in Android, as well as defining whether attachments for existing features are downloaded.
