Filter by current in relative time date query in the Operations Dashboard

When filtering by date and time in the operations dashboard, would like to have the option to query by current and not just the last or the next.

Carl,

The new web-centric Operations Dashboard app has a very rich set of relative data filtering options. This includes "Is", which is the equivalent to "current". This update will release in December. Please let us know if it does not meet your requirements.

Just wanted to know if this is implemented or yet to be implemented?

I would like to have a sum statistic of values based on the values that are submitted most recently. (latest)
