ArcGISOnline Template Enhancement Legend size in editing template

The existing edit template creates a legend in the upper 1/5 of the left side of the browser window, regardless of how many feature layers (point, poly, line).  When a user is adding from a symbol set of 8 or more symbols and looking at the map for understanding, it would be helpful to see more of the legend features (ideally the whole left column on the window would be available.  The current template does not allow one to stretch it down to make more visible the other symbols.  Current template is just blank below the small legend window.
