Ability to add Geometry Service functions as GP services in ArcGIS for Portal

It would be nice to allow users to be able to select features using a buffer or have other basic spatial analysis tools available in ArcGIS for Portal in Web Apps or the Map templates without having to build your own GP service. The Geometry service has these basic functions - they should be exposed for users in Portal.
