Add a document (file and folder) path feature to layout templates

Add a feature that automatically drops the document (file and folder) path into a layout. Third party scripts currently exist for this feature, however, a noticable performance issue is noted when applied.

I was asked about doing this yesterday, oddly enough. While I have a stamp that is usable from ArcScripts, some of our CAD guys like having that functionality when they do ArcGIS related tasks.
