Preserving field name aliases during export of joined table

Field name aliases should be preserved in exported table. This would be very helpful especially when exporting joined tables. Now field names in exported table are generated by ArcMap and original field names are used as new aliases. Resulting table is very difficult to read.

For example:
Field name - alias
fc1.COUNT - A
fc2.COUNT - B
fc3.COUNT - C

Exported table:
COUNT      -  COUNT
COUNT_1  - COUNT
COUNT_12 - COUNT

I had to use a workaround (adding new fields an transfer values) but preserving field name aliases (at least as an option) would be appreciated.
