Ability to measure in Roads & Hwys - RCE

ArcGIS Server - Roads & Highways Extension - Roadway Characteristics Editor (RCE) enhancement request. The ability to draw a graphic line for the purpose of measuring a length is much needed functionality in RCE. All DOT's would want the ability to measure a feature (e.g., width of a road) to obtain a rough measure for that feature. This kind of functionality exists in the core Geometry service and is present in other ArcGIS Online sample web apps (https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/jssamples/util_measurepoly.html). Request based on experience with 10.2.2 patch 1 and earlier versions.
