View Popup configuration in Worker and Dispatcher Map

WorkForce Dispatcher and Worker need to be able to have the popup configured in the WorkForce Project's Dispatcher and Worker Maps visible when assigning a task or when carrying out an assignment. Other layer configuration is available (basemap, symbols, etc.) but not the popup configuration.

Our popup has a custom URL to open Survey123.
