Add New Feature Dataset in tools requesting Target Datasets

Hello,

Please add "new feature dataset" in geoprocessing tools that require a target feature dataset.  In some tools I noticed that we can add a new folder and a new file geodatabase, but we cannot add a new feature dataset.
