Diagnostic Tool Error Reporting for ArcGIS Server .Net

One of the nice things on ArcGIS Server 10 for Linux/Solaris has that ArcGIS 10 .Net does not have is a diagnostics script in the Server Manager that you can run agains a server. It then reports if there are any issues with the instalation with helpful error descriptions. e.g. permissions problems path lengths being too long for the arcgisjobs directory. I thought this was great so much better than the pain I have suffered in the past with .Net and trying to sort out permissions issues. It would be good to see something like this in the Windows ArcGIS Server .Net version. 

I am not sure what the error logging on the new ArcGIS Server 10.1 has but it should be as easy and as intuative to use as the diagnostics tool for ArcGIS Server 10 for Linux/Solaris.

Also it would be great to expand the number of tests the diagnostic tool carries out on the server.
