Create Your Own URL for ArcGIS Explorer Online Maps

Rather then have to deal with a very cryptic URL like, http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=4cdc8df0e0e744b8a27ffd6a225b80e7.

Why not permit a user to create their own URL like www.surveymonkey.com does?

e.g.

http://www.arcgis.com/home/medford/council

It would be easier to remember and much more "user friendly". Remember those words... USER FRIENDLY.

Shouldn't be too hard to implement.

Yes, please. I would model it after the way Vimeo implements this feature. Vimeo provides a "base" URL and then you add your custom part after it.
