Rendering of anti-aliased dynamic services

The current rendering of anti-aliased dynamic services differs in the REST API and in the server side Web ADF. 
REST API makes rendered anti-aliased edge pixels more contrasting and brighter than the server side of Web ADF.
The result of this is that  the maps in applications based on the REST API (JavaScript, Flex Silverlight) look bad when a dynamic service is dark color (black) lines (roads) and the background basemap in a tiled service has the same lines in bright color. The illusion of an unwanted offset of layers appears.
The solution is simple - the REST API should render an image of a dynamic service map exactly the same as the server side of the Web ADF.
