NGS Toolbox to process ASCII GEOID12B data

Hi Cort.  I too am looking for the NGS Toolbox to process ASCII GEOID12B data.  Do you happen to have a copy?  I emailed Brian but received a bounce-back that he's on extended leave.  https://community.esri.com/thread/165632

Greetings, I just wanted to let folks know to feel free to reach out to ngs.infocenter@noaa.gov for getting the NGS GIS Toolbox, which is currently on Version 4.3.2 (as of July 2018), as Brian is indeed on an extended leave of absence.

The toolbox is not posted anywhere on the NGS website that I could find. 

If more folks reach out to the Info Center, it is more likely that the toolbox becomes a product that is posted online for download instead of being shined up and placed in a dusty closet, to be shared amongst those only "in the know".
