This particular Living Atlas data is considered premium content, so it requires a premium account. Only organizations that have access to premium content will be able to see the Living Atlas data, public organizations will not have this access. By chance, what type of organization do you have? What is your role?

Thanks for the quick response. I am using AI v 22.1, with the 1.2.1 ArcGIS for CC extension. But right, my ArcGIS menu options are different than yours. I've tried searching for the layer at various levels, but it doesn't display. Thoughts?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues adding the Living Atlas Data. We recently had a release, can I ask what version of Illustrator you're working with? I'm able to download the data without any issues.
This is what our extension looks like with the latest release, I noticed yours is still the old style.
I recommend browsing at a higher level, keep the Browse from ArcGIS location pointed to Living Atlas of the World and search for the layer there.

This looks like a great training. However, I'm curious if anyone has had issues accessing the Median Disposable Income Layer? I'm using an organizational account and can access the Living Atlas content, but that layer does not appear to be there.
