Map is not apperad

I will migrate an app WindowsXP to Windows7.

I deployed AerialPhoto_Catalog.dbf and xyz.jp2 in place.

Reading flles is successful maybe.

But,map is not shown.Map is "white".

Should I do this?

Old environment

OS:WindowsXP
ArcGIS:9.2

New environment

OS:Windows7(32bit)
ArcGIS:10.3.1

Really,I understood that Map was shown!

Map looked as if they are not displayed, but had shifted the location that is displayed.

Not able to search features, it seemed to have failed in its order coordinate calculation.

Sorry over the trouble.

This "communuty" is Japanese ArcGIS Developer Community supported by Esri Japan.
I expect the Japanese messages Although English messages is not a prohibition.
Esri Japan provides paid "Developer Support". Therefore we cannot give the detailed answer.
However we hope it is better that there is a little more information for other community members.
For example, How do you create GIS Data from DBF Files in your Apprication / How are you adding the data in your Map?
In other, there is also ArcObjectsSDK of community groups that the United States Esri Inc. operated,please alse there to see.
