This is how I enter it as a curve:
Chord - 88.90'
Radius 125'
Chord Direction - N47-52-22W
Turn - Left

Click the arrow next to Direction-Distance and go to Curve. You will be able to add the Chord, Radius, Chord Direction and turn direction for the curve.
