I haven't started playing with any of the Runtime Quartz Betas yet, but I have been playing around with mobile map packages, specifically creating them in ArcGIS Pro and then reimporting them. At this year's DevSummit, a lot of people were touting mobile map packages as replacing map packages. The support for complex vector symbols seems to be there, which is a BIG improvement over existing Runtime content. However, I'm seeing some gaps.
