Export to PDF point symbol and layout fonts becomes black

This is the map before exporting to PDF (lines and points are in good colors)

This is the map after export, line are good, points are not!!

I am using ArcGIS desktop 10.3.1 on Windows 7.

Anybody has a solution for this.
