I am unable to log into our enterprise ArcGIS Online account when using ArcGIS Maps for Adobe CC

Sorry to hear about that. Did you get any error message on the login screen? A screenshot will be very helpful for us to investigate the problem. What's the authentication setup on your ArcGIS organization account?
