AM4O 4.1 - Error using From Excel

Hi,

I'm trying to use ArcGIS Maps for Office 4.1 but I'm having some problem with the basic functionality of adding data from Excel.

Each time I try, I get an error message "Error in tool: From Excel" (Error details is empty). See captures below.

Any help would be appreciated.

My env:

- Windows 10

- Office 2016 16.0.7726.1042 64 bits

- Tried with connection to AGOL organization account and Portal 10.5

I have also experienced this error and what I did to get rid of it was just do the cell range instead of "input table". Doing it this way gets rid of a couple options in ArcGIS for Office but I didn't know those options for what I was doing. I also found that when I cut the table and pasted it again in the same worksheet, that worked as well. 

No idea WHY this error comes up but that was my "hacky" way of getting it work hah.
