Navigator for

Question

Hi there, hopefully someone might have the answer.

I create the map with my data and create an mmpk file, publish to arcgis online and download it to many tablets for Sanitation routes. So, how do I trim the Street Map Premium just to my area instead of using the whole USA map? Last time I downloaded the map it was just Florida and now it is the whole USA map. By the way, we purchased the License for Street Map Premium.

Thanks for the quick response. yes I do use that option, I was not sure if that might have the reason the tablets take so long to open Navigator.

Plus, when the email is sent to Navigator to open the app and shortly after the app is opened with the routes it goes blink. This is something I am having problem with. It would also go blink while routing.

Are you using the Create Mobile Map Package tool to create your MMPK?

The output mobile map package should be limited to the extent that you specify in the tool.

or area of interest if you use that option.
