All,
I am trying to uninstall my ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 but this notification keep popping :
“Error 1321. Windows Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file”
- I am already check the file and folder privilege, and it already has the privilege
- I am already try to silently uninstall via cmd, Run As Administrator. Still has the same error.
- I am already try to manually delete the file. But the error notification keep popping.
Is there anything i miss ?
