PDF docs not displaying in Internet Explorer 11

I have an Open Data portal with both feature services and PDF content items. The PDF documents won't display in Internet Explorer 11. But they load fine in Chrome. In the Open Data portal, the items are set to display in an iframe within the item page.

Anyone else having this issue?
