I work in Search and Rescue and recently was involved in a SAR involving two agencies separated by 100 miles. Although we couldn't use it at the time, I've since been put together an AGOL web app such that we can share a common operating picture in the future. Because of the dynamic nature of information, clues and investigation needs, I thought it useful to be able to add a Chat function such that notes and comments can be posted in readiness for scheduled conference calls and for exchange of names, phone numbers etc. during those calls.
