Insights how to view as viewer not as editor?

I am trying to view my insights project (portal 10.6.0 Insights version 3.1.0) as a view as apposed to as an editor and  they only way I can figure out to do that is to alter the url path from edit to view. Is this the only way it doesn't seem intuitive? I do not see a launch or something along those lines.

At  ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 with Insights 2020.1 I am able to view an Insights workbook with a viewer account. So long as the workbook and underlying datasets are shared to the ArcGIS Enterprise level, this user should be able to access this no problem.
