What Object represents open tabs in the GUI?

Question

Hi,

Just wondering how to get access to open tabs in the GUI, specifically tabs that are open for Attribute Tables.  What Object/Namespace should I be looking at to access these and get their properties (ie. Map they belong to, Feature class they are showing data for, etc.)
