Cancelled Assignments in Workforce

Question

Hello! A team member accidentally cancelled a batch of assignments in Workforce. From my understanding they are still available in the assignments feature service, but they are removed from the Workforce app. Is there an easy way of reinstating these cancelled assignments in the Workforce app or do they need to be manually re-inputted?

Hi Nicole,

The assignments are still in the feature service; but they are filtered/removed from the Workforce web app.

You can change the status of these in the Map Viewer (in either Online or Portal).  You can filter on the assignments based on status and only show those that are canceled.  You could refine this filter further and either filter by the last edited user or edited recently.  You can then use the Calculate command available on when you use Show Table for the layer, to update the assignments to whatever status you need.  Here's a link to the schema for Workforce so you can see what values to set.
