Report Dijit With Dynamic Data and Pictures

I have a feature layer in AGOL that has some inspection points and I want to make a nice report to hand over to a contractor. How do I grab data from a feature layer on AGOL and plunk that into the table? Same goes for the pictures (which are attachments to my inspection points).
