ArcGIS for AutoCAD 370 and Imagery Service dissapearing

Hi there,

Just curious to see if anyone has seen this issue before. Recently, we have noticed that when we bring in an imagery service, the moment we start adding a few polylines to the view, the imagery service will dissaear. Otherwise the imagery looks beatiful in AutoCAD. Users can pan around and zoom in and out without any issues.

We're currently using AutoCAD and 2018 and 2019 and our imagery service are hosted on a standalone ArcGIS Server 10.7.1.

We attempted to test this with secured and unsecured service and the results are the same.

Any insights to this will be greatly appreciated.

I can't speak to your specific problem, but I have had many problems running AFA 370 on Autocad 2019.  Upgrading to AFA 400 may be your solution.
