Arcade FeatureSets in Pro

Question

Does anyone know if the FeatureSet function is available in Pro? This blog post says it is as of Pro 2.3 but I am on version 2.4.2 and it is not available. The Global functions shown in various examples (map, datastore, featuresetbyname), are not listed.

I'm sorry, but that is not possible in the labeling profile due to the performance hit that would cause.

Xander Bakker -no. I should have mentioned I am using Label Classes and not Configure Popups.

Essentially I want to try returning a label only once even if multiple features have it in the map frame. If this is possible through configure popups, would transferring it to the label class still be effective?

When you filter the list, they do not appear? I'm using 2.4.2 as well...
