Had anyone had any luck standing up the "Land Use Public Comment" template? It can be found at http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=76671a0cf4954b3bad18ac2ef06346b2
I cannot get it to work and I would like to find a working example to compare my config files to if someone doesn't mind sharing the code.
