Is there a way to create new domains for an ArcGIS online hosted feature service? I see that ArcGIS Solutions Deployment Tool allows for viewing and modifying domains, but not sure if you can create new domains using this tool?
You can follow the directions here:
"As of the June 2018 update to ArcGIS Online, domains can be added and updated directly in ArcGIS Online through the Data tab in the hosted feature layer's item page. For more details, refer to ArcGIS Online: Define attribute lists and ranges."
