I have a map I made in college that has attachments (photos) that I want to export to a File Geodatabase on my laptop. I figured out how to do it when I was a tutor in 2017 but the software has changed since that time. Can anyone help me with this?

You should be able to export the hosted feature layer from the Item Details page as a file geodatabase:
If you aren't sure which layers are in your web map, you can find out through the web map's Item Details page under Layers. Selecting the layer here will take you directly to the screen pictured above.
