Editing my map on iOS devices is okay but I cannot create a new feature when using android mobile devices. Any idea why or how I can fix it?

Do you see those features in the legend for that layer?

I can see the features while on the android but it won't let me edit existing features or add new features.

Could you also send a picture of the collect a feature from your iOS device? Could you detail your environment as well i.e internal server, if vpn tools being used, version of server and any additional security you may have set up.

The layer did not load in the web map. I am guessing it is coming from an internal server. Can you take a screen grab of the Android application when you are viewing the map so I can see what tools are available in that view.
