Responding to the onmousemove event outside of the browser window in IE

In IE when i have drag

a map outside of the browser then release mouse and drag a mouse again in browser the Map toggle with mouse arrow.

Map is moving with mouse arrow.

i have read article javascript - Responding to the onmousemove event outside of the browser window in IE - Stack Overflow

but i did't work for me.

any one have solve this problem, plz guid me.
