Unable to Edit Feature Geometry on 10" Tablet

I've run into an issue that prevents me from editing feature geometry in the 'ready to deploy' ArcGIS mobile application for Windows 10.1.1.0 (not Windows Mobile OS) and was hoping someone had a solution.

When editing a feature's geometry I'm unable to access the 'Apply' and 'Cancel' buttons to confirm my edits. It appears that the position of these buttons are hardcoded and due to the horizontal screen size on the 10'' tablet I'm using they are located below the limits of what can be displayed vertically. (Motion CL910, screen resolution 1366 x 768).

See attached screenshot illustrating the visibility of the buttons between landscape and portrait orientation.

Can the button placement be adjusted? Seems like a strange oversight to provide a mobile application that doesn't support smaller screen sizes common to field units.

Maybe a foolish question, but have you put GLOBAL ID on your data ?

If not, then you can't edit them.

I did have a global id and could create new features and modify existing attributes just fine, just wasn't able to modify the geometry.

I was able to find a solution with the help from esri, turns out the default dpi on this unit was set to 144 instead of 96.  Changing it back to the expected 96dpi solved the issue with the buttons being hidden.
