Could you please try to upgrade to CityEngine 2016.1? We did some bug fixes, and this might solve the problem.
Thank you. I have, I think, given all permissions to CityEngine. Internet Explorer and Firefox normally and the Network portal is "available". Nothing to do the image of "get map data" remains white. There surely has something simple wrong. Can you help me ?

The map shown in the "Get map data" window is drawn using a web interface.
On Windows CityEngine uses the internet explorer installed on the system.
Please make sure the program has all permissions to access the web server.
